For almost a decade, PHR+A has provided disaster response support to Federal, state and local government agencies. The following services are available through PHR+A:
Pre-Disaster Emergency Preparedness Planning– developing Emergency Preparedness Plans, mapping of emergency routes, review of administrative systems, debris management planning, catastrophic housing planning, and identification of critical facilities.
Post-Disaster Recovery – detailed damage assessments, public relations assistance, grant application assistance, identification of vendors and contractors, construction management and updating of Emergency Operations Plans.
PHR+A has the knowledge and resources to rapidly mobilize staff and initiate necessary actions for restoring a community’s service. We have extensive knowledge of FEMA’s systems and programs and can guide a community through the recovery process. We will assist the community in maximizing Federal and state reimbursement to minimize the cost to our clients.
