PHR+A Wins Loudoun Cty. Open-End Civil Contract
PHR+A was recently selected by Loudoun County to provide Civil Engineering services under an Open-End Contract. Services may include: Civil Engineering; Land Planning and Landscape Architecture; Stormwater Management; Land Surveying; Sewage Treatment; and Transportation Engineering. Work under this contract will entail a collaborative effort from five PHR+A offices.
