PHR+A Wins Scott Jenkins Memorial Park Project
PHR+A will be providing engineering design services for the Scott Jenkins Memorial Park, a 35-acre parcel on the outskirts of Hamilton, VA in Loudoun County. The Park, envisioned as a co-located facility to be utilized as both a recreational park and commuter park and ride lot, is dedicated to a Loudoun County youth, Scott Jenkins, who was killed in a boating accident. This project marks PHR+A’s continued involvement with the site, which began in 2004 as an effort to bring expanded recreational facilities to the Hamilton Area.
