PHR+A Awarded Lovettsville Streetscape Project
The Town of Lovettsville has selected PHR+A to provide Engineering Design for Sidewalk, Drainage and Roadway Improvements in the area between East Broad Way and South Loudoun Street. PHR+A will provide Preliminary Engineering to address storm drainage issues, as well as identify the location of new sidewalks and other desired improvements. Services will include: Streetscape Design; Land Planning; Bonding & inspections; Drainage; Surveying; Transportation Planning; ROW/Easement Acquisition; and Utility Conduit Design.
