Ben Neal Receives PS License in VA
Ben Neal, who works in PHR+A's Leesburg, VA office, successfully completed the requirements for his Professional Surveyors License in the state of Virginia. Mr. Neal is a graduate of VPI and has worked for the firm since 2000. He is also registered as a surveyor in the state of West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
