John Carnes Becomes LEED Green Associate
John Carnes has successfully met the requirements and passed the exam to become a LEED Green Associate. Mr. Carnes is a Project Engineer in PHR+A’s Chantilly office and has been with the firm for four years. Mr. Carnes started as an intern with PHR+A in May of 2006 before becoming a full time employee in July of 2007. He received his BS in Civil Engineering from George Mason University in 2007.
