PHR+A Relocates to Harrisonburg
Patton Harris Rust & Associates, Inc. (PHR+A) is pleased to announce the relocation of its Bridgewater Office. On Monday, April 9, the firm’s Shenandoah Valley office opened in the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia. The relocation is a result of the firm’s need to meet its growing client base in and around Harrisonburg, specifically its work with the higher education community in the region. The new office is located at 58 Kenmore Street and will be managed by Mr. John D. Hash, P.E., who has over 25 years of engineering experience and who has been with the firm for nearly 20 years. Mr. Hash is a registered engineer in Virginia and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers. The full-service office will provide civil engineer and land surveying services. Key market areas will include higher education, local government and commercial sectors. Established in 1952, PHR+A is a professional services consulting firm providing civil engineering, surveying, planning and landscape architecture to public and private sector clients. PHR+A is based in Chantilly, Virginia and operates 19 regional offices in Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.
