Traffic Impact Studies ESI Class Taught
For the 5th year - Douglas R. Kennedy, PE, Director of Transportation Planning, taught an overview class on Traffic Impact Studies and Intersection Design as part of the Northern Virginia Engineering & Surveying Institute's (ESI) continuing education and training classes. The class is an introduction to preliminary intersection design elements for Land Development staffs, and includes references to the new VDOT Chapter 527 Traffic Study requirements which went into effect on July 1, 2007.
