Guest Panelist - Land Use Summit
Douglas R. Kennedy, PE, Director of Transportation Planning, was a guest panelist for the Transportation and Land Use Summit held in Glen Allen, Virginia, co-sponsored by the Virginia Municipal League and Virginia Association of Counties. Mr. Kennedy addressed the issue of road impact fees in Virginia, a topic in which he is very familiar with. Mr. Kennedy has managed the initiation of Road Impact fees for two areas in Stafford County.
