Mulholland Achieves Survey Certification
Christopher Mulholland – Senior Survey Technician in the Winchester, VA office of Patton Harris Rust & Associates has recently received notification that he successfully completed the requirements needed to be a Certified Survey Technician Level II by the Survey Technician Certification Board. In order to qualify for this certification an individual must demonstrate their professional proficiency through technical knowledge, experience and completion of comprehensive testing. Christopher has been employed with PHR+A since 2005. He has continued to develop his technical expertise in the Surveying area through specialized training and development activities.
